Biography

The educational journey of Mr. Syed Arsalan Ali, starting from Nasra Secondary School to nearing completion of his Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology at the University of Karachi, reflects an unwavering commitment to academic excellence. He has demonstrated a commendable commitment to academic excellence, evident in his impressive portfolio of more than 11 research articles published in highly reputed international journals. His scholarly contributions reflect a deep understanding of food science and technology, showcasing his proficiency in this field. With a teaching career that commenced in 2017, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in both private and government universities. His teaching roles include positions at Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education, University of Karachi, and Muhammad Ali Jinnah University. Currently serving as a lecturer at Iqra University, he continues to impart knowledge with passion and dedication. One of his notable strengths lies in his international collaborations with faculty members on projects related to food and nutritional science. This exemplifies his commitment to staying at the forefront of his field and contributing to global advancements in food and nutrition research. His research focus on the development of functional bakery products with nutraceutical potential, aimed at preventing diabetes and obesity, is both innovative and impactful. He has also received the grant for Access to Scientific Instruments program by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
