Biography

After successfully completing competency examinations from Pakistan Maritime Training Complex in collaboration with International Labour Organization (ILO), The United Nations, Shahnawaz Adil left for England where during academic life, he served in SMEs, MNCs, as well as with British government on interim contracts. He also worked on a management consultancy project under the supervision of a professor of London Business School (UK). Currently, he has been serving as a full-time Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at IQRA University (Gulshan Campus) Karachi since August 2008. Earlier, he has served as a full-time lecturer of Management and Marketing in 2007 at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU), Karachi and an adjunct faculty member at the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST), Karachi.

Besides international conferences and a monograph, he has published his research work in Pakistan Business Review, International Journal of Management Practice, IIMB Management Review [Elsevier], Asian Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Organizational Change Management [Emerald], Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management [Springer], Journal of Management Sciences, Journal of Education and Social Sciences, etc. He has reviewed manuscripts for various international and national peer-reviewed journals. In addition to supervising over hundreds of MBA theses, he has also produced six MPhil graduates in HRM discipline. He has been associated with Harvard Business Publishing (USA) as a Premier Educator for Higher Education in Pakistan since February 2012.
