Honorable Chief Guest of the Scholarship Award Ceremony, Dr. Tariq Rafi, Chairman Sindh Higher Education Commission (SHEC) and Guest of Honor, Dr. Noman Ahsan, Director General Sindh HEC praised the efforts of Iqra University for providing a colossal amount of 110 million Rupees as Scholarship to its students in such times of global economic crisis.
